Following a Land Economy degree from Cambridge, Simon qualified as a chartered surveyor with Knight Frank & Rutley, spending five years in central London commercial estate agency. After four years as Property Director in a commercial development company, he founded PPC in 1991.
Allison graduated from South Bank University after studying building surveying and architectural design, and has worked within the commercial and interior fit out sector since 1997. She became a designer for PPC in 2001, and combines a passion for good design with a thorough understanding of underlying modern construction principles.
Venetia has 10 years’ experience of project managing the furniture procurement on PPC’s clients’ projects, from specification to installation and after care. With a degree in Business Administration, she uses her extensive organisational and project management skills to support the pre-contracts team. She is also responsible for managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the firm.
Chandra Dattani AATQB
Chandra joined PPC in 2010 and runs our Accounts office. Building on a career in both the public and private sector, she is very experienced in managing the complex technical and statutory challenges involved in managing payroll, CIS, pensions and numerous other areas. She is following the Association of Accounting Technicians professional standards exams.
Buyer / Contract Coordinator
Rob has been in the construction industry since 1992, joining PPC in 1999. Starting as a carpenter on site, he was promoted within the firm to Contracts Co-ordinator in 2004. Rob’s attention to detail and management of the supply chain ensures that all materials and suppliers are on site when required in line with the project programme and cost plan.
Dmitrii Prudnikov MSc.
Construction Project Manager
Dmitrii joined PPC in 2017 as a Junior Project Manager. Following the succesful completion of his Masters in International Business Management, he was promoted to Construction Project Manager.
Trained as a City & Guilds carpenter and joiner, Mark has been an on-site manager for more than 15 years. He joined PPC in 1998, eventually being made a Site Manager. He has completed the SSSTS course and is PASMA trained, as well as being a certified First Aider.
Terry De St Aubin
Terry started in the construction industry 1995, doing his apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery, as well as gaining NVQ levels 1 and 2 and Advanced Craft. He joined PPC in 2000 as a carpenter, and became a Site Manager in 2003. He has completed the SSSTS course and is PASMA trained, as well as being a certified First Aider.
Lukasz started in working in the construction industry in 2002. He joined PPC in 2008 as a handyman, and worked alongside skilled trades gaining valuable experience. In 2015 he became a working foreman and then Site Manager. He has completed the SSSTS course and is PASMA trained, as well as being a certified First Aider.
